How much does a tuk-tuk tour cost?
Prices are per tuk-tuk, not per person, because every tour is private to your group. Tours start at €100 (Old City, 1 hour) and go up to €480 (All City, full day).
How many people fit in one tuk-tuk?
Up to 4 people ride in one tuk-tuk. Groups of up to 8 can book online in one payment, with one tuk-tuk for every 4 people. For bigger groups, email us at geral@mazetours.com, call +351 935 092 006 or message us on WhatsApp.
How long are the tours?
Old City: 1 hour, 1½ hours, 2 hours or 3 hours. Riverside: 2 hours. All City: 3 hours, 4 hours or full day (8h).
Where do the tours start?
At one of our meeting points: Hard Rock Cafe or Pestana CR7 Hotel. We can also collect you from your own address, or drop you off somewhere else at the end, for €15 extra, or €20 for both, per tuk-tuk.
What's included?
Your guide, the tuk-tuk and every stop on the route. Other tickets, tips and meals are not included.
Which languages do the guides speak?
Portuguese, English and Spanish.
How do I book and pay?
Book online in three steps: pick a tour, choose a date and time, and tell us where to meet. You pay by card when you book, through our secure payment partner Stripe, where you can also check out with Link. The confirmation arrives by email. You can book up to 180 days ahead.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before the tour, with a full refund. Later cancellations are not refunded. You can also move your booking to another time, up to 24 hours before the tour, from the link in your confirmation email.
Can children join?
Yes. Children are welcome with a responsible adult, and everyone wears a seat belt.
Are the tuk-tuks electric?
Yes. All our tuk-tuks are 100% electric.
